Pretty shade of dark periwinkle that we are dead over! This fun dress has a fully smocked bodice and back, with contrast stitched embroidery for a fun two two accent! The short, puff sleeves pillow perfectly and stay right in place with the hidden elastic band. Sleeves can either be pulled on top of the shoulder, or down for an off the shoulder style as well!
