Returns + Exchanges

We are currently updating our return process to better serve you! In the meantime, please email help@rubyclaireboutique.com and include your name and order # to start a return or exchange.

*If you are looking for your store credit, please email help@rubyclaireboutique.com and we will email a giftcard with your store credit balance to you* Thanks for your patience! 

Bottom Line: We want you HAPPY with your purchase, if you're not, return it.

When: You now have more time to decide! We will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Store Credit will be given for all returns. 

Condition: Items must be unworn (it's ok to try on), unwashed and in original new condition. We will not accept items with makeup stains, perfume or smoke scents, pet hair, body odor ect.

Exclusions: Sale items, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, sunglasses hair accessories, undergarments and gift certificates are final sale and can not be returned.

What: We offer store credit or exchange only.  Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for us to issue your store credit. We will send you an email updating you once it has been finished. 

Boots/Shoes must be returned in the original undamaged box. Please put this box inside of a shipping box to prevent damages. Do not stick the shipping label directly on the shoe box when sending back or it will not be accepted. 

Items marked as FINAL SALE or Clearance, jewelry, scarves, bralettes, sunglasses or gift certificates may NOT be returned and are FINAL SALE.

 

Shipping Charges:

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.  If you had FREE SHIPPING on the order and this return causes you to go below the free shipping minimum, any refund/online credit you receive will be less the estimated shipping charges for ground shipping.

DEAL SITE RETURNS

If you purchased from us on a deal site (Jane.com) you have 14-days from the date of receiving your item to return it to us for a refund.  Your item MUST be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached.

Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip with a note of why you are returning and return it to us at:
